 Leaves:
- The leaves are made by making a long chain that doubles back on itself. It consists of 4ds p (1 ds p) (13 x's on the first leaf and 9 x's on the second leaf), 4ds p 7ds (5ds on second leaf) (here is where
the leaf turns back on itself) + 4ds + 1ds etc. until all picots are joined, 4ds, tie, and rejoin chain to beginning.
Stem:
- The stem is made with 30 Josephine knot (stitches), tie, rejoin to center of the leaves.
