Suggestion: Students traveling by car to classes might be able to chauffeur Sharon to the next location.

D. MEALS
What is the availability for reasonably priced meals 3 times a day? Are there restaurants within walking distance or catering for lunch during the class?

E. PARTICIPATION
List of known students names in your location (we need to know if you think there are enough to fill the 4 days, although we realize many students will sign up later.) Each stop can potentially fill 80 student “slots” for a 4 day seminar. Some may take all classes others only one but ideally, all the seats should be filled. (Use attached form)

There must be a “Class Angel”, or teacher's aide, provided for each class to assist Sharon. Her duties will be assisting Sharon in class, running errands, giving local information for the “out of towners”, etc. List the name of recommended angel for each day and her qualifications:
